How does a live class work?

At the scheduled time, click "Join class" from your dashboard. The class opens in a video window with your teacher. You get a shared whiteboard to work on together, a chat for asking questions, and screen sharing when the teacher displays a document. The class is recorded for safety and quality purposes; if your child attended the session, you can rewatch the recording from your dashboard ("Enregistrements" section) for 90 days; otherwise the same page has an access-request button.
