What happens during the first class?

During the first session, the teacher gets to know your child, assesses their level and proposes a work plan. You then receive a written summary (bilan) by email. And you are protected: satisfaction guaranteed — if the first session with a teacher does not convince you, tell us within 48 hours and it is refunded in full (credited to your écoleVersity wallet, or Mobile Money refund on request). If it is a good fit, you can book regular sessions directly from the teacher's profile.
