You can cancel a booking for free within 24 hours of booking. The refund is issued as credit to your écoleVersity wallet.
Free cancellation within 24h
Cancel within 24 hours of booking: the full amount is refunded as credit to your wallet. If you book a session that starts within 24 hours, you can cancel it for free until it begins.
After the session starts
A session that has already started or has been recorded on the platform is not refundable.
Teacher cancellation or technical issue
You receive a full credit refund if the teacher cancels or is more than 15 minutes late, if the teacher is absent, or if the session cannot take place because of a platform technical issue.
Multi-session classes and packages
For multi-session packages, remaining sessions after the first meeting may be eligible for a prorated credit. Contact support to review your situation.
