The post-class summary (bilan) and rating

After each session, a bilan (class summary) is prepared, then approved by the teacher before it is sent to you, so that it faithfully reflects your child's lesson. You only receive it once it is approved.

Where to find it: on your dashboard, the "My sessions" section lists past lessons. When the summary is ready, the session shows a "Summary ready" badge; tap "View summary" to read the class summary. Until the teacher approves it, you see "Summary being reviewed by the teacher…".

Rate the session: a "Rate your session" reminder invites you to give a rating and, if you wish, a comment. Your review helps other families choose.

Book again: from the teacher's page in your space, the "Book again" button starts a new session with the same teacher in one tap. You also find your stats there: sessions attended, hours, and amount invested.

If your child attended the session, you can rewatch the session recording from your dashboard, in the "Enregistrements" section, for 90 days after the session (it is then automatically deleted). If your child was enrolled but absent, the same page has an access-request button.
