The welcome flow: rules and session recording

After signing up, a short welcome flow guides you through a few steps.

At the "Rules & commitment" step, read the rules that protect your child, then tick the consent box ("I have read and accept these rules, in particular the recording of sessions for my child's safety") before continuing.

Good to know: all live sessions are recorded automatically for safety and quality purposes (kept for 90 days) — the recording can be made available to you on simple request to support, for your child's safety and teaching quality. Teachers never see your child's contact details.

The flow then invites you to add your child (first name, grade, target exam optional) and to create your parent PIN.
